Have you reached your limits when it comes to your website?

I can help with all of the following:

  • You've already made a start on building your website, but you need someone to cast a design eye over it to polish up the rough edges.

  • You want your website to do something and you think you might need some custom coding to make that happen.

  • Something's broken and you're not sure how to fix it.

  • You need to add some new pages, functions or features to your website, but you're not confident (or don't have the time) to do this yourself.

How it works

You can use the form at the end of this page to send me information about what you need doing, or you can book a free briefing call to explain what you want verbally. Once I have a solid understanding of exactly what you need, I'll send you an email with details of how long I think it will take me to do, and then you can book me to carry out the work. Or, if you’d like to learn how to do things, I’ll let you know how long we’ll need to spend together in a co-working/training session.

I’ve found in the past that some people who are great in the IT field just aren’t as great dealing with people - Miko is different. Miko has a rare mix of creativity and friendliness, while also being technically brilliant.

Squarespace support pricing & payment

I believe in fair, transparent pricing, so I charge based my hourly rate of £75/hour (+ VAT for UK clients), on a Pay-As-You-Go basis, so you only pay for the time it takes me to do the work.

Stuck on something, or just need help with a specific issue?

I also offer a Quick Help session: up to 20 minutes of help with anything within my skill set, for a flat fee of £25. You can book a Quick Help session here. Quick Help sessions are ideal if you "just want to pick my brains" about things, have a specific task you need help with, or want my advice on the best way to do something.

Need custom coding or a longer support session?

I have a minimum charge of £50 for custom coding, and for jobs of less than 2 hours, I require payment upfront (by card or bank transfer). For larger jobs or for Squarespace co-working/training sessions, I require a 50% deposit upfront to secure my time, with the balance invoiced after completion.

How long will it take?

I set aside several hours per week for support and training, but my calendar gets quite full, so the best thing is to plan & book in advance. I can normally slot you in within 3-4 weeks, provided it's not an exceptionally busy time for me. I will always let you know upfront if I won't be able to fit you in within a few weeks, so you won't waste any time and can look for help elsewhere if need be.
