I help people do things better online.

Every project is different, but most of my projects tend to fall into one of the following 3 areas:

  • Creating or overhauling an online presence for small-to-medium-sized organisations, and enabling them to manage it moving forward.
  • Managing, strategising or implementing¬†larger web projects for businesses or agencies, working with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Advising individuals or businesses on methods or tools they can use to improve their online communication, and putting those things in place.

With most projects, I can be as hands-on or hands-off as you need: let me show you how to do it, let me do it for you, or a combination of the two.

I can train individuals or groups on how, when and why to use a variety of online tools and techniques, from blogging platforms, to email marketing, to Google Analytics.


I can work with you and your colleagues to identify the ways in which online tools can make your workflow quicker, your communication better and your lives easier.
